Get ready for an unforgettable evening at the Trussville Entertainment Center as we roll out the red carpet for this inaugural signature kick-off party experience! Coaches, players, and families are invited to join in the fun as we celebrate in style.

Participate in our friendship bracelet/clothespin swap in the VIP Room, right off the stage. Enjoy pizza and drinks.

TOURNAMENT DETAILS
TOURNAMENT FORMAT

4GG, 2 Pool into a double elimination tournament format hosting a limited number of 10U, 12U & 14U Game times will be 65-70 minutes, finish the inning. Winner takes all in the championship games.

Pool games can end in ties. Tiebreakers in bracket are progressive. First overtime inning, last recorded out at 2nd base. Second overtime inning last recorded out at 2nd base, then preceding base runner at 3rd base. Third and all other over time innings bases are loaded until we have a winner last recorded out at 1st base and 2 preceding runners on 2nd base and 3rd base.

Each rostered player and two coaches will receive one ticket to the May 30th Kick-off party

Players, coaches, and family will gain entry into the Kick-Off Party. Players and coaches can jam out to the DJ/Band to be announced, play games for prizes, enjoy a slice of pizza and drink!

Softballs & Umpire Fees Included.

GAME TIMES
Pool games begin on day 1 at 8:00 a.m. All teams must be available to play at this time.
GAME BALLS
Game balls will be provided by the tournament director. THREE (3) game balls are to be turned into the umpires on each field following the completion of each game. Teams are expected to have their players retrieve foul balls and return them to the umpires at the field they are playing on during each game. This will keep the flow of the game moving and ensure everyone is playing with a quality game ball. Home run balls may be kept. However, the team must throw in a ball for replacement purposes.
SAFETY
Safety is a priority at DC Elite Softball. We will be adhering to safe practices as per state mandates. We ask that you adhere to these standards and safety as well for the health and well-being of all.

Log in to your EventConnect team dashboard from the confirmation link that was emailed to you by EventConnect. (If you can not find your confirmation email, please notify your liaison, and they will resend it to you.
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
Please ensure your $100 non-refundable deposit has been paid in full by May 12th to secure your spot in the event. Teams that have not paid their deposit by the deadline do not hold a secure spot in the event and may be waitlisted. You can make your payment via your EventConnect dashboard, or to avoid the convenience fee, make your payment via Venmo.
REGISTRATION FEE
Please ensure your registration fee has been paid in full by May 23rd. Teams that have not paid their registration fee by the deadline are subject to release. You can make your payment via your EventConnect dashboard, or to avoid the convenience fee, make your payment via Venmo.
TEAM INSURANCE
From your EventConnect team dashboard, under Registration Requirements, it will say "Team Insurance Import incomplete." Click "Complete survey" to upload your current team insurance documents. Your team insurance needs to be for the current year and uploaded 48 hours prior to the event to be eligible to participate.
TEAM ROSTER
From your EventConnect team dashboard, copy the “Share Invite” link and share it with your parents. They will follow that link to enter their individual player information and sign the player waiver. Once this is completed, your roster will automatically be populated. The player waiver must be signed to be eligible to participate.
TEAM GATE FEE
Your team gate fee is $250 and will cover the entire event. You can pay via Venmo until May 26th, or with Cash at check-in!
*If you plan to pay with Venmo after May 26th, there will be an additional $25 fee.*
