All teams who have not paid in full by TBD 2026 WILL be subject to being released from the event to accommodate our waiting list of teams. Payment can be made with Venmo or through your EventConnect team dashboard.
Gate Fees
In lieu of ticket sales to each patron at the event, each team is responsible for a one-time gate fee payment which will include unlimited fan entry to the showcase. The team coach or representative is responsible for payment.
Payment of $400 must be made in cash upon check-in to the event at the coach's check-in area prior to the team's first game. No other form of payment will be accepted.
***Teams must have fulfilled payment in order to be eligible to play in the showcase.***
DC Elite Productions (DCEP) is not a sanctioning body and will follow National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) Softball rules with a few modifications.
Eligibility to Play
1. Registration payments must be made in full.
2. Upload team insurance to the event team page on EventConnect.
3. Complete team roster on EventConnect.
4. Complete submission of the "Rules/Guidelines and Participation Waiver Acknowledgement for STAR SHOWCASES" at the time of registration on EventConnect.
RULES AND GUIDELINES
Showcase Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registration deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Until TBD at 12AM CST:
Receive a non-transferrable one- year credit (for the amount paid) to any DC Elite Productions event.
From TBD at 12AM CST until TBD at 12AM CST:
Receive a $300 refund or one-year credit (for ½ the amount paid) to any DC Elite Productions event until the date below.
On TBD at 12AM CST or after:
NO REFUNDS, NO CREDITS, NO EXCEPTIONS regardless of reason.

Team Check-In
Each team should have one coach or coach representative check in at the DC Elite Productions tent before their first game on day one. See PARK MAP for location.
NSR Combine Testing
NSR combine testing will be held on TBD from 0:00 AM - 0:00 PM. See PARK MAP for location.
Recruiting Manual Information Due TBD
For each athlete’s optimal chance to be recruited, please fill out your player's profile sheets by the deadline date at the link below. This information is emailed ahead of time as well as given to all the college coaches upon their arrival. NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOLLOWING THE DEADLINE. Camp - June 11th 2026
Make sure you do not miss out on the showcase camp on June 11th 2026. Due to the limited number of campers we allow and the exposure the athletes receive before the showcase, this event will likely sell out! Coaches at this camp will also be attending the showcases. Hit the link and sign up today!
Camp Refund Policy
No refunds less than 30 days prior to the camp. However, a camp credit may be applied to a future camp of the same or less value. You must pay the difference if the camp is of higher value. (Camp credit expires 1 year after the purchase date.) In the event that Camp Insurance was purchased, a claim can be filed for qualifying reasons. Please see your receipt for more information, as DC Elite Productions does not make insurance claim determinations.
