Camp Refund Policy

No refunds less than 30 days prior to the camp. However, a camp credit may be applied to a future camp of the same or less value. You must pay the difference if the camp is of higher value. (Camp credit expires 1 year after the purchase date.) In the event that Camp Insurance was purchased, a claim can be filed for qualifying reasons. Please see your receipt for more information, as DC Elite Productions does not make insurance claim determinations.

The safety of our campers, coaches, and staff is our top priority. Weather and other conditions can change rapidly. Camp schedules may be delayed, shortened, modified, canceled, or resumed at any time based on current conditions and at the sole discretion of DC Elite Productions.

Partial-Day Weather Interruptions: If camp has begun and is delayed, shortened, or otherwise modified due to weather or other circumstances affecting camp operations, no refunds or credits will be issued.

Full-Day Cancellations: If camp is canceled before the scheduled start time due to weather or other circumstances that prevent camp from operating, participants will receive a camp credit toward a future DC Elite Productions camp. Refunds will not be issued.

DC Elite Productions will make every effort to notify families as early as possible of any weather-related changes via email, text message, phone, and/or social media. However, weather conditions can change unexpectedly, and decisions may need to be made with little or no advance notice. All weather-related decisions are based on participant safety, current conditions, facility conditions, and operational considerations at the time. All decisions made by DC Elite Productions regarding weather delays, modifications, or cancellations are final.
